New Australian Regulations On Safety Of Products Sold Online

    Recently the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) has launched a new online regulation focused on reducing the number of unsafe consumer products being sold online. The ACCC stressed that no matter the companies selling products through E-commerce platforms or supplier in the middle of the retail chain must comply with Australian Product Safety Law, If the online retailer must ensure their products aren't banned and that they meet Australia's Mandatory safety standards or Mandatory reporting requirements. Otherwise the seller will be fined according to the Australian Consumer Law.
