Dongsheng Held First Half Year Of 2019 Production Staff Skills Competition

    From June 19th to 27th, Yingkou Dongsheng Industrial Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Dongsheng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., the subsidiary companies of Liaoning Dongsheng Group, respectively organized the 2019 first half year production employee skill competitions.

The judges are the general managers of Dongsheng Commercial Group, Deputy General Manager of Dongsheng Industry, Director of Dongsheng Plastic Industry and management personnel of various departments. The contestants not only need to complete the operation in the shortest time, but also need to check the operating procedures, standardization actions, product quality and others. During the intense and orderly competition, the contestants shown their completive vitality and chased each other, the judges watched the performance of the contestants and scored on site.

    Each skill competition is not only a communication of ideas, style and technology, but also a centralized review of the employee's spiritual outlook, technical level and will quality.
