France Bans Sale Of Three Single-use Plastic Products

According to the French government announcement, France has banned the sale of three single-use plastic products: plates, cups and cotton buds. French school cafeterias will also ban the use of pure water in plastic bottles. In 2021, the government will step up efforts to ban the sale of drinking water in plastic cups, plastic straws and mixing sticks and polystyrene lunch boxes .
