A few days ago, the Ministry of Transport promulgated the "Decision on Amending the" People's Republic of China Ship Safety Supervision Regulations "by Decree No. 6 of 2020, which will take effect on June 1, 2020. For the weight of the container, it stipulates that the shipper's verification weight and actual error should not exceed 5% and the maximum error does not exceed 1 ton. If it exceeds, the maritime management agency will impose a fine of 1,000 yuan to 30,000 yuan.
