Indian Dalyed The Implementation Of New Regulations On Marine Cargo Manifest & Transhippment

The ministry of finance and the central indirect tax and customs commission (CBIC) have confirmed that the effective date of the "2018 New regulations on Marine cargo manifest and transshipment " will be delayed by another three months, it could be delayed to June 1,2019. 

According to the new regulations, there will be changes in the timing and requirements for the arrival of imported goods at Indian ports and the departure of export goods at Indian ports. Before leaving the last call port, ships are required to submit an incoming cargo manifest electronically in advance and submit the departure manifest electronically in advance before leaving the call port in India.
