Recently, Inner Mongolia Dongsheng Diatomite Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park Co., Ltd. attended the drafting meeting of the National Standard for the Evaluation System of Interior Decoration Material and Selection. The standard was formulated by the General Research Institute of Building Materials of China, and other units, and is under the jurisdiction of the China Building Materials Federation. Inner Mongolia Dongsheng is the main drafting unit and actively participates in the drafting and formulation of the standard. As one of the important national standards development tasks issued by the National Standards Committee, the "China Interior Decoration Material Evaluation System" can use scientific testing methods and a sound evaluation system to reflect the indoor environmental quality after decoration with quantifiable scores, which is more intuitive and effective than traditional way.
This evaluation standard is the technical evaluation document for the material selection of interior decoration projects. It is involved in the design stage, through establishing an evaluation index system ie indoor environmental safety, sustainable performance and indoor environmental health improvement function to solve the dilemma that the indoor decoration pollutants exceeding the standard can only be treated afterwards and provides designers and owners with important reference information for the quality of interior decoration in advance, to prevent potential indoor environmental pollution in advance, to guide the development of interior decoration to green, healthy and comfortable and to improve the health and sustainability of the living environment.
