                                   In accordance with the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Anti-dumping Regulation), the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the investigating authority) announced on August 3, 2020 that it decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against imports of polyphenylene ether (hereinafter referred to as the investigated product) from the United States.
