China-US consultation made great progress that the U.S. delayed the imposition of tariffs on China exports products.
On the afternoon of February 24, the seventh round of china-us high-level economic and trade consultation concluded in Washington, d.c. US President Donald trump has said the us will delay the imposition of tariffs on Chinese products that were set for March 1 after substantial progress was made in the negotiations.
About the delay period, the U.S. President Donald trump is considering suspending tariffs on Chinese imports for 60 days from March 1 to give the two sides more time to negotiate. Gao feng, spokesman for China's ministry of commerce, declined to comment but said there would be a better answer after the high-level economic and trade consultations.
