    Chen Qiufa, secretary of the provincial party committee and director of the standing committee of the provincial people’s congress, TangYijun deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and govenor attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Secretary of the CPC leading groupp of the CPPCC, chairman Xia Deren attended the meeting. Zhao Yanqing, vice-chairman of the CPPCC provincial committee, released the list of top 100 liaoning private enterprises in 2019 at the conference, Yingkou dongsheng industry co.,ltd was awarded the tittle of top 100 liaoning private enterprises in 2019.
